SERVITELCO, a Social Initiative Company created by ATAM, has won the public tender for the telephone service of the Cadastre Hotline. It will attend to requests for information from the administrative register of the Ministry of Finance for the next five years.
From July 15th, and for the next five years, SERVITELCO will be the company that will attend the requests for information from the Cadastre through a complete team of professionals composed of teleoperators, coordinators, technicians, and cadastral experts who will provide the service in Spanish, Catalan, Galician, and English.
The “Línea Directa del Catastro” telephone service provides unprotected data on properties, including the cadastral reference of the same, informs on the state of processing of open files, and resolves questions of a general nature concerning cadastral procedures. This information service also offers the possibility of arranging face-to-face appointments at the Cadastre Offices for cases that require more specialized information.
SERVITELCO is a Social Initiative Company created by ATAM with offices in Seville, Barcelona, and Madrid. It operates as a Special Employment Centre with 85% of its employees being people with disabilities. This service will create 60 new jobs.
