ATAM for Family Support
ATAM for Family Support is committed to following these global principles that promote Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing (OHSW):

- Providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and health deterioration, as well as the commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing (OHSW), all in a manner appropriate to the purpose, size and context of the Organization and to the nature of its risks and opportunities.
- Providing a framework for establishing OHSW objectives, as well as the set of actions required to achieve them.
- Identifying hazards and assessing OHSW risks, establishing and prioritizing control measures in order to prevent workplace incidents and occupational diseases.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and other requirements subscribed to by the Organization regarding OHSW in force in each country, adopting these in a complementary manner and in accordance with the prevention principle, based on internal regulations or international standards.
- Defining strategies that foster a culture of prevention, wellbeing and health at all levels of the Organization, grounded in self-care and respect for the health and safety of workers.
- Applying continuous improvement principles to OHSW management through the systematic evaluation of performance using Management System indicators and results.
- Promoting best practices in Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing throughout our supply chain and with our partners.
- Regularly and transparently communicating our OHSW performance to workers and stakeholders, while also addressing their concerns and queries.
- Promoting the information, participation and consultation of workers and other interested parties throughout the entire OHSW Management cycle, in order to ensure Safe and Healthy Working Environments.
