Conscious breathing

Our day-to-day lives cause us to go on autopilot, and we miss certain things that are vital for our psychological and physical well-being. Among these little things is breathing.

Miguel Ángel Blázquez, a psychologist at ATAM’s Clinical Team, teaches us and encourages us to breathe consciously for at least three minutes a day.
