Preventive campaign “Stress test”

From 1 October until the end of the year, the ATAM Clinical Team is launching a preventive campaign to assess the cardiorespiratory response to exercise.

All ATAM members, as well as their spouses and beneficiaries, can now take a stress test with gases on a bicycle (cyclo-ergo spirometry) to find out their aerobic physical capacity and their tolerance to effort.

This completely free campaign arises from the interest to encourage physical activity and to reduce and prevent sedentary lifestyles, evaluating aerobic endurance on an individual basis.
