In these times of uncertainty, lifestyle changes create tensions that directly affect our mental health. Problems such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, memory difficulties, concentration issues, and cognitive decline are becoming increasingly common. Given this situation, there is a need to rethink how we approach mental functioning in the context of an increasingly complex world.
At ATAM, we have developed a new assessment scale that evaluates the five key domains of mental activity from a health perspective rather than a disease-focused one. This innovative tool can be applied to everyone, regardless of their mental health status.
If you are interested in participating, please follow this link: https://equipoclinico.atam.es/formulario/
We invite you to collaborate with our Clinical Team as volunteers in the experimental phase of this mental functioning assessment scale. By participating, you will receive a detailed report with the results and personalized recommendations to maintain a mentally healthy life.
ATAM, always committed to your health and well-being.
