¿Do you want to know how your body responds to exercise and gain a deep understanding of your physical capacity?
The Clinical Team at ATAM invites you to participate in our Stress Test Campaign. This evaluation, conducted through ergospirometry, allows us to measure your cardiorespiratory fitness accurately and in real-time. The stress test provides a detailed picture of your cardiorespiratory health and physical fitness, helping to identify risk factors that might not be evident in daily life.
The test will be conducted at the Equipo Clínico facilities and will be open to all ATAM members over the age of eighteen who can pedal on a stationary bike, regardless of their fitness level. Once you have signed up, we will ask you to inform us if you have a diagnosed illness or are undergoing pharmacological treatment. This information will help us assess your case individually.
Upon completion, you will receive a personalized report and specific recommendations to adapt your physical activity to your abilities and goals.
