ATAM and COCEMFE show Barcelona City Council their Advanced Solutions for Personal Autonomy

06 / 05 / 2021

The councillor for Children, Youth, and the Elderly of the Barcelona City Council, Joan Ramón Riera and his chief of staff, Josep de Barberá, visited ATAM’s headquarters on 5th May to learn about the advances in ViveLibre’s intelligent solutions to promote the personal autonomy of people with disabilities or dependence.

The president of COCEMFE, Anxo Queiruga, and the Secretary General of the same organization, Daniel García, also attended the meeting. They could see for themselves how the technology developed by ViveLibre together with the federation’s entities, is an essential element to support personal autonomy and the promotion of people’s health.

This meeting between different institutions reinforces the collaboration between all the entities to share criteria and points of view and to jointly build a new model of support and care for dependent, chronically ill, and disabled people.

ATAM and ViveLibre’s clear commitment to technology in the development of algorithms and advanced devices is always at the service of the person, and the design shows the experience accumulated over more than 45 years working for the social integration of groups with disabilities and dependence.
