The campaign will provide information on diets rich in antioxidants and other essential nutrients, the benefits of regular physical activity, guidelines to keep the brain active and stimulated. Various factors that can affect our resilience will also be mentioned.

We invite you to watch our webinar ‘Brain Health’ that took place on Thursday, April 25th at 1:00 PM. The webinar was conducted by Dr. Isabel Bustamante, and we covered the essential aspects of maintaining good brain health.

Remember that it is never too early or too late to start taking care of our brain health.

Join the fight for vitality and health! Regular physical activity is a powerful tool for preventing and treating serious diseases such as heart disease, strokes, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. Additionally, it helps keep hypertension, overweight, and obesity at bay, while improving your mental health, quality of life, and well-being.

However, the modern world pushes us towards inactivity. Changes in transportation patterns, excessive use of technology, and cultural values are challenging our health. It’s time to change that!

ATAM invites you to join our “Healthy Habits Campaign: Vitality, Physical Exercise, and Health Promotion.” You can watch the webinar that was held on April 23rd at 1:00 PM, where we delved into the multiple benefits that regular physical activity can bring to your life. It’s time to take action and commit to your health.

Since 27 March, all ATAM members and their families can have an eye check-up aimed at detecting myopia thanks to the free campaign launched by the ATAM Clinical Team.

The campaign mainly aims at preventing myopia among the youngest members of the family unit.

Take advantage of this opportunity to have a check-up and obtain a precise diagnosis that will allow you to take the best preventive action against the consequences of myopia.

We want to help our members to identify cases of myopia that may exist in their family unit and guide them through the different stages of myopia evolution, and as far as possible, prevent unwanted situations arising from this evolution.

Our ophthalmology specialist, Dr. Teresa Gómez, will attend in person at our center in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) to all those who wish to benefit from this campaign.

Don’t think twice and ask us any questions you may have. Book your consultation now through our form.

Our Association has decided to extend free consultations with the Clinical Team to all its members and their families throughout 2023.

From next March 6, the ATAM Clinical Team launches a preventive campaign to evaluate the risk of suffering from dyslexia in readers and pre-readers.

Dyslexia is a learning disorder that affects approximately 10% of school-age children. Difficulties with the language and sounds can lead to a delay in the acquisition of reading and writing, which requires a diagnosis as soon as possible.

For this reason, we encourage all ATAM members to bring their children over four years old and book their consultation now to benefit from a personalized assessment besides specific guidance for the whole family.

Our specialist in cognitive neuropsychology, María Laorden, will coordinate this campaign for all those who want to benefit from this opportunity to assess the risk of suffering from this pathology. Assessment will also be possible via video consultation.

Do not miss the opportunity to discuss any questions with the professionals of the Clinical Team. You can now improve your children’s learning by booking your consultation through our form.
