The psychiatrist from Equipo Clínico, José Antonio García, and the clinical psychologist, Miguel Ángel Blázquez, took part in a live webinar at the Telefónica Workplace on 14 October. They did so to talk again about Mental Health and how to deal with many of the stress and anxiety problems of the return to face-to-face work.
Organized in collaboration with the Prevention team, our specialists responded live for more than an hour to all the doubts, queries as well as debates that were raised through the social network.
In a day of great participation and interventions that could be seen at some point by up to 800 people, our psychiatrist, and psychologist stressed the importance of preventing and treating mental pathologies at an early stage, as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
It was a close and very participative meeting moderated by Pilar Campos, manager of the Telefónica Joint Occupational Risk Service. In addition, the participants in this session insisted once again on the suitability of these sessions. Their comments on the social network highlighted the usefulness of José Antonio and Miguel Ángel’s answers and the importance of the comprehensive assessments by other medical specialists carried out by the Clinical Team.
